Morrissey
- That's how people grow up

The 1987 break-up of the Smiths saddened legions of fans, but it led to a fruitful solo career for lead singer and lyricist Morrissey. The Smiths were very much a singles band, and VIVA HATE, Morrissey's first record, continued in the Smiths vein with the gloriously sad singles "Suedehead" and "Every Day Is Like Sunday". As Morrissey soldiered on, he began to develop more of an individual style, although he never lost the elements of high drama and challenging pop that came together in the Smiths.  Release date 4th February 2008.

Jack Johnson - Sleep Through The Static

Recorded in his eco-friendly L.A. studio using 100 percent solar energy, the new album features bassist Merlo Podlewski, drummer Adam Topol, and pianist/accordionist Zach Gill, plus the work of producer JP Plunier, who was behind Johnson's Brushfire Fairytales.  Release date 4th February 2008.

Mary J Blige - Growing Pains

'Growing Pains' is Mary J. Blige's eighth studio album. After a tumultuous period in the nineties which saw the r&b and soul diva battle demons both privately and professionally, this album documents her final steps to personal happiness as uplifting single 'Just Fine' demonstrates. It's a positive record, and highlights the emotional depth in Blige who sounds more confident and mature than ever before. Also included is a guest appearance from rapper Ludacris.  Release date 4th February 2008.

The Feeling - Join with us

The Feeling were one of a multitude of young U.K. bands to grab a moment or two in the spotlight during the mid 2000s. However, the band had a markedly different approach to rocking, passing on the typical Britpop and post-punk influences in favour of quirky MOR U.K. pop groups such as Supertramp and 10cc. The band's debut album, TWELVE STOPS AND HOME, combined the basic Britpop template with a pronounced '70s influence that encompassed everything from Beach Boys-like harmonies to the soft rock of the Eagles.  Release date 18th February 2008.

Goldfrapp - Seventh Tree

Goldfrapp are back with the release of their fourth album, 'Seventh Tree', through Mute on 25th February 2008. 'Seventh Tree' is written and produced by Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory and was recorded at their own studio deep in the English countryside.

A sensual counterpoint to the glitterball glamour of 'Supernature', 'Seventh Tree' is gilded in the butterfly colours of an English surrealism shared from Lear to Lennon. It shimmers and shines with the warmth of a hazy summer, an electric whirlpool over which Alison's glistening voice soars.   Release date 28th February 2008.

Moby - Last Night

Moby is back with his sixth studio album, 'Last Night'. Recorded in Moby's home studio in Manhattan New York, the album features a number of guest vocalists including the original 70's MC Grandmaster Caz (one of the writers of Rappers Delight), Sylvia from Kudu, UK's MC Aynzli and the Nigerian 419 Squad.  Release date 10th March 2008.

Sophie Ellis Bextor - Greatest Hits

Due out in March, Sophie is in the middle of writing new material for her 'Greatest Hits' record. She is currently working with Cathy Dennis and Calvin Harris.  Release date 17th March 2008.
